A Golden Dragonborn who hoards gold, for years he has operated bars and taverns, but now he is getting into the street gang bussiness in Bliznia .
He is the leader of Reptilians 
He bought an ancient deed off Theo Atzetari and sold him a new building on the outskirts of town..

During the Bliznian Civil War 

Glitz was really just in it for the money. He thought that if he could stir some shit up he could take over the East Side Cobras  turf, he figured because with Ulrich Atzetari  gone they would be weak. This was a miscalculation. WHen he figured that Hurts  wasnt gonna be a push over he reached out to a new ally, Thomas Bareak , but this breaks down because Bareak was just about the power, not about the money. In the end he sides with the insurgents because he realized that martial law wasnt profitable, and that democracy is necessary for capitalism. He played it fast and loose and thats why at the end of everything hes the guys with the least, though atleast hes not dead. He still has his land, and his bar, but the gangs pretty much gone now.
