Also known and the ‘King’s Ward’, Dolon Castle can be found here. The King’s private residence (unlike the more open Palace of Gampaster ), you only enter this castle by invitation or in chains. Around the King’s land are many houses owned by Noble families, positioned up the hill for a view of their ships arriving in the Old docks. The Cavalcade is a grand boulevard leading to the Castle, along which are statues of all the former Monarchs and Lord Counsels of Ebrion. It is an unofficial tradition, on Verna, to dress the statue of King Narcis in silly outfits.
