Mysticalia

An area of the city devoted to the arcane. In here, one may find Potioners, sellers of enchanted artefacts, spellcasters for hire etc. The Tower of the High Magus dominates this ward, in which there is a teleportation circle. There’s a fair amount of experimental magic happening in a small area here, so wild magic surges do occur, though it is one of the duties of the High Magus to prevent them.

High Magus – Elorin Felter. Male Half-Elf Wizard, LG. Str 14, Dex 15, Con 9, Int 15, Wis 12, Cha 12. Elorin has short silvering brown hair and narrow amber eyes, and numerous distinctive tattoos. He wears emerald robes and wields a dagger and darts. He is heroic and enthusiastic.
