Markborough

The main centre of commerce in Dolon. One can buy pretty much any mundane item here, for the right price. Meat, fish, flowers, fruit & veg all come in from the surrounding lands and spices, cloths and exotic spirits quickly make their way here from the Docks. The markets are largely segregated by what they are selling, with the poorer traders on the edges and the wealthier ones more central. Weapons and armorers are also to be found here, though often with more permanent accommodations than the market stall-holders. Nearly all armaments produced here are ornamented with Dolonian silver, with Arriant Silver artefacts also available, though unenchanted. It is not permitted, however, to sell magical items or services within the Ward of Markborough.
