Hamrevik

Known as the City of Mercy, Hamrevik is ironically named. The Archbishop Theodbo, who administer's the Lord's mercy to the Faithful, is harsh, intolerant, and disdainful of the Dhamin minority that comes and goes from the city. The local governor, the Honorable Hamas Wesalt, is only too glad to follow Theodbo's lead in the city. He enforces the trade rules with an iron hand... to the degree that he is permitted by the local Merchants' and thieves guild, as well as the small-time smuggling groups operating out the port.   Hamrevik officially exists as a trade entrepôt for raw materials from the Sunrise Mountains which are brought down via Mother River. Unofficially, as the largest city in Valês' Anvil, it's a theatre of intrigue and crime.
