Rosemary Winter

Rosemary, a skilled female fighter, grew up in the peaceful halfling village of @hatberry within the Epochian Span. Raised by the nurturing halflings, she found an unexpected mentor in Pepper , a retired halfling warrior renowned for her expertise in combat. Alongside Rosemary, Pepper also trained Sage, a girl from the nearby human village of Sunhaven. Despite their shared training, the two humans quickly became rivals instead of forging a bond. Their animosity intensified when Sage accidentally injured Rosemary, leaving a scar on her cheek and a deep-seated resentment.   At the age of 15, Rosemary decided to leave Hatchberry in search of her own path, coinciding with Pepper's retirement. She embarked on a journey and eventually found herself in the vineyard town of Rosewood, where she met her husband. They settled in a small village on the outskirts of Rosewood, a tranquil haven that came to be known as Maplebrook.   Fate brought Rosemary and Sage together again in Rosewood, as they both joined the ranks of the local village guard. However, their simmering rivalry remained unresolved. One fateful evening, while on guard duty and caught up in their argument about who was Pepper's star pupil, they failed to notice an orc tribe infiltrating the town undetected. Chaos erupted as the orcs raided the village, resulting in the tragic death of Rosemary's husband during the battle.   Devastated by her loss and consumed by bitterness, Rosemary now harbors a deep-seated hatred for Sage. Driven by a desire for redemption and to atone for her past, she embarks on a new path, seeking justice and vowing to protect others from the horrors of the world. Rosemary's journey is fueled by her need to prove herself, to honor her fallen husband, and to confront Sage, holding her responsible for the circumstances that led to her loss.
