Jútrilían Elves
The jútrilían elves1 are one of the main groups of Elves in Borgalor and originally the largest, making up the majority of the population of central- and southern Jútrilía, parts of Fúmsis and Maralon Steppe in western and southwestern Jælondis up until the Fell Wars, which devastated much of the region and shifted both the centers of elven and human civilization there towards the distant Southlands.
The cultural region made up by mixed jútrilían elven and human populations along the niþvútic and western þargolid coast, though not always peaceful, was once home to some of the greatest centers of art, philosophy, arcane and later magitech studies in Borgalor.
Today, the only jútrilían elven countries that remain in Jælondis are Þamta by the Niþvú Sea in mid-western Jútrilía on one hand and Erenúm in central Jútrilía, both of which border the desolate land of Amþax to the south, where undead being left by the Fell Wars still roam. Erens and Þamtans are sometimes referred to as the last jútrilían elven communities, while the diaspora primarily found in Fjún, New Þamta and -to lesser extent- Númra in the Southlands as well as Örkraz are collectively known as austral elves.
Notable ethnic groups among the latter who fled after war include the Avóðans, Maþúlans and Þiðans.
