Lucisia marches on Dawnrest. The Thalantir, the Circle of Sildur, and the Dawnrest military march out to meet them. A protracted war begins, while Graham pleads with other nations nearby to come and help. Dabumang, Dokan, Talashan, and Keltia all come to Dawnrest's aid, despite most of their differences. It is seen as the first time in a long time that the Thalantir of Old reunite to face a growing threat to Eandor.
