Wood Elves

Also called sylvan elves or wild elves by their high born cousins, they are the descendants of high elves who migrated to Miridia, settling in the great forest they call Aeria. Now they live as the last elven nation, accepting a good number of high elf refugees who looked down on them for centuries into their lands. Their language of Border Fae has some differences from its parent language, but speakers of one can easily communicate with the other. While similar in overall build to their cousins they generally have somewhat darker tan, copper, or brown skin, green, brown, or hazel eyes, and auburn, brown, black, and very rarely blue or green hair. They serve the great dragon Erythrius as his favorite subjects. Now the highest of this eldermost race, it remains to be seen how their somewhat more demure lifestyle of old meshes with the haughtier refugees.
