Cornelia Rothen

A human female with perfectly tanned skin that can only be attained in the southern edge of Aygess. She wears a perfectly fitted suit of hardened leather armour with a rapier lashed to her waist. A strong adventurer, who travelled from Utarford at Elyse’s request. She is the Director of the VFD in the city state there. She was raised by her grandfather, and he taught her much. When he passed he gave to her his rapier, which is a magical Sentient Rapier, that thirsts for knowledge. She and the Rapier learned much about the world together, helping anyone she could. Eventually she was noticed by Savras himself, who requested her help expanding the VFD to Utarford, which she has done an excellent job. She fights like a rouge, and together with her blade kills like an assassin. She is kind, serious, and observant. She speaks with a soft voice, and listens intently, often speaking only to encourage others to speak.

Action Surge Cornelia gains another action on her turn. She can only use this trait once per day.
Cunnig Action. Cornelia can use her bonus action to take the Hide, Dash or Disengage actions.
Fancy Footwork If Cornelia makes an attack against a creature, that creature cannot make opportunity attacks against her for the rest of her turn.
Sneak Attack. Cornelia can use Sneak Attack when she has ally 5ft from her, when she has advantage or when she is 5ft from her target. The sneak attack damage is 5d6. She can only use Sneak Attack once per turn.
Sweeping Attack. If Cornelia successfully attacks a creature, and there is another 5ft from her and from the creature she attacked, Cornelia can forgo one attack and use the AC of the first attack against the second creature, she deals damage to the second creature as if she had attacked it.

Multiattack. Cornelia has three attacks with her rapier.
The Rose Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 7-13-21 2d8+5 piercing. The Rose Rapier is Cornelia's personal rapier, it is a sentient silvered magical weapon, and the damage it deals counts as magical. When used with Sneak Attack the weapon adds 15 5d6 piercing to the attack.

Reactions

Riposte. When a creature misses her with a melee attack, Cornelia can use her reaction to make a melee weapon attack against the creature.
Uncanny Dodge. Cornelia can use her reaction to halve the damage of an attack she can see.
