The First Divine, and the Celestial Realms

The Celest, not content being alone after many centuries, and growing bored of just each others company, decided it would be best to draw power from the Astral Sea, and form new planes of Celestial Existence, as well as new beings. These beings they formed they called the Divine. Beings of Power, that they imbued with aspects of existence the Celest had discovered.

Together the Celest and the Divine began the work of splitting the plane of Celest, into new personalizeable realms. When their work was finished, they had formed 7 new Realms, and what was left of Celestia was split into two, one an enormous mountain, and an endless wildlands called Arborea. These new Planes of existence that sat atop the Astral Sea, far above the Chaotic Elemental Planes.
  These new planes were called Mechanus, Arcadia, Bytopia, Elysium, The Beastlands, Ysgard, and Limbo. The vast majority of the Celest's enjoyed being worshiped by the Divine beings, but treated the Divine as family as well.   The Divine and the Celest had made other divine creatures. They created two races of angels, the Solar, and the Planetar's. They also created the Archons, Guardinal, and finally the Eladrin. Each of the races of these divine Creatures had Paragons raised among them, gifted great powers from their divine.
