A large building where all of the recently passed shades appear in the realm for the first time, They are usually brought by either Thanatos or Hermes and are subsequently filed into the records for future use. They are then told to head for the Palace of Hades for processing.
The building consists of only two rooms, A common area where people wait for pre-processing. As well as a small records room in the back, Behind a help desk of sorts, Usually run by about 5 or 6 shades.
