Fishing District Residents
Fishing District residents are looked down on by those in the other districts. As the poorest district, it has become a home for those who have nowhere else to go or who have fallen from grace in other districts. Some new comers will try to hide where they are living, but lifelong residents look at it as a badge of honor. They are quick to help other residents, though few have much to give. Their view is that no one outside of the district is going to help them, so it is their responsibility to look after their own.
