Nórlastó is one of the four quarters (stó) that make up the empire of Dalra, specifically the southern part. It covers the Zúdalikí Desert, home to some of the most powerful states in the lowlands of eastern Emlas before the empire expanded there, and is where Dalra's capital of Kilí is located.
Nórlastó's current governor (janak) is Hekisía.

Counties

Like the other quarters of Dalra, Nórlastó is further divided into four counties (jú), namely Hemer to the north, Etalka to the east, Þvalkó to the south and Súmra to the west.
