Tarúsaxa is the main settlement of Þvalkó, the southern county (jú) of Nórlastó, the southern quarter (stó) of the empire of Dalra. It's located in the southeastern Zúdalikí Desert, on the coast of Úrtal Sea, and is the southernmost settlement of Dalra.

Architecture
Most of the buildings are built in traditional enan style, made primarily of mud-bricks, while some of the more recent structures (particularly the governor's manor and dalran temples) are built from stone.
