Falchion

The falchion is a type of sword found throughout Greland, though less common than other types of sword. Like its smaller cousin the Cutlass, a falchion's blade is curved, and wider at the tip than at the hilt. This gives the blows made with it extra weight, and the curved shape flows more naturally allowing for faster swings. The falchion is larger than the cutlass, intended to be used in both hands.

Defensive-2:

Slashing:

• This weapon can spend an additional a when it scores a Critical Hit to score a Slashing Critical Hit instead.

When equipped by a Military Unit a falchion is one of many kinds of Great Weapon, adding +dd to the unit's melee attacks.
