The Barony of the Foothills

The Barony of the Foothills was created in 447KS in reaction to growing dissent within The Skanler Duchy as the difference in needs between the houses in The Witwell Mountains and those in the foothills became steadily more apparent. It was championed by ser Allon Southbay and resulted in the creation of the title of Baron. The first Baron of the Houses of the Foothills was ser Carreth Conklyn.
