Scaled Quarter

The Scaled Quarter is one of the civic districts within the Holy City of Jeharoa. This is where the dragonborn and the Kōsites must live. Many dragonborn and Kōsites were either killed or evicted from their homes during the First Pilgrim War. Those who remained were forced to move into the Scaled Quarter.
