Frosthaven Arena
Frosthaven Arena is a grand, Victorian Gothic-style building made of dark stone with ornate carvings and gargoyles adorning its façade. As you step inside, you are greeted by the sight of a vast, open ice rink stretching out before you. The rink itself is made of smooth, polished ice that glitters under the soft glow of crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The ice is meticulously maintained by a team of enchanted snow golems (called Zamboni, naturally), who work tirelessly to ensure that it remains smooth and pristine.
The arena is also home to a thriving winter sports scene, with dedicated areas for hockey, curling, and other popular ice sports. Local teams practice and compete here regularly, drawing crowds of cheering fans and creating a festive, competitive atmosphere that's often not present in the more subdued Highstorm. Sports played here have dedicated and enthusiastic fans that support the teams during their seasons, with the general favorites being "Storm Sweepers" for curling and "The Winterhawks" for hockey. Springstar has a few teams as well, but they're a solid "A for effort" kind of showing.
The arena includes a functional clubhouse, housing a variety of amenities for skaters and spectators alike. Inside, visitors can warm up by the roaring fire in the cozy lounge, enjoy a hot chocolate or mulled wine at the bar, or even rent a private party room for special events.
