An important hub of peaceful discussion, Jonai serves as the Emerald Alliance's main point of diplomatic contact for the Crane Concord, Pearl Pact and Shogunate of Kazanshiro. It is also well known as a center of the arts, particularly theater, music and dance.

Industry & Trade

The main trade Jonai is known for is music, particularly magical scrolls that sing and play music on command.  They also sell more conventional magical scrolls and nonmagical books of poetry and song.

Points of interest

The Pasture Playhouse is a massive verdant theater filled with magical plants from the Spirit Realm that shed light as directed.

There are notable temples to O-Nanami the Sea God, O-Namazu the River King, Usagi the Rabbit Queen and Makigai Grandshell.
