Seido, Celestial Sanctum
Seido is the seat of Dragonlord Yasu, Seneshel of Summer and an important trade hub for goods traveling from Kazanshiro and The Morass into Doronuma, as well as from the Crane Concord and Emerald Alliance northward.
Government
Dragonlord Yasu is known for being very tolerant and merciful but firm. He negotiated a ceasefire with his Crane Concord neighbors to the east to allow for trade through Drowned Bay in exchange for passage through the Bay of Hope.
