Headquarters of the Crane Concord and Seat of the High Table, the former ruling council of Doronuma before the Drowning but after the Dragonlords. The Crane Concord follows no Dragonlord, with the greatest claim to the crown of Doronuma. The fleets under them are Crane, Frog, Fairy and Tiger Shark.

Well defended by units from the various fleets, but mostly the diplomatic pressure it's destruction has. If Tsuru is destroyed then it will inspire others towards revenege.
