Eibar̂um

An Eibar̂um is an elected leader, selected from the ranks of the Catbalus, but voted on by all free citizens of Calpi. Two are selected each year: the highest vote-getter is the Senior and the runner-up is the Junior. These two officials are responsible for the administration of the city government of Calpi for the next year. The Senior rules during the first five months and is available to serve in the event that the Junior is incapacitated. Likewise the Junior rules during the last five months and is available to serve in the event that the Senior is incapacitated.

Service as an Eibar̂um is a prerequisite for holding office as an Poreibar̂um, Eisabinus Catbalus, or Eipanic.
