Tolum
The Tolum (male = Tolus, female = Tola) is the official heir designate to the R̂oldavum. They are formally recognized as such by the R̂oldavum in a coronation ceremony after they reach their majority, but by tradition, this person is the R̂oldavum's eldest eligible child.
Qualifications
- Must be a child or grandchild of a R̂oldavum
- According to tradition, must be the eldest eligible child (or grandchild) of the reigning R̂oldavum, though no legal impediment exists for a R̂oldavum to designate a different child or grandchild, instead.
Requirements
Must have achieved the age of majority (21 years).
Appointment
The R̂oldavum appoints the Tolum after the latter individual reaches the age of majority, and there is a subsequent coronation ceremony that publicly recognizes the designation.
