Easthaven

Easthaven is a village of 750 people.
In Kalte , it is second only to Ljuk in the cosmopolitan makeup of its population.  

Demographics

Easthaven is one of the more cosmopolitan areas in Kalte . It has humans of most ethnicities, and even a small community of Reghed Tribes of Kalte . In addition, there are a small number of Illthyri, Shianti subrace that make their home in Easthaven.

Defences

Easthaven does not have any walls or fortifications, but due to its size it can field over 150 soldiers if needed.  Among them are over 15 experienced veterans.

Industry & Trade

While not as large as Ljuk , Easthaven enjoys brisk trade for Kalte .  All of the goods that flow through Ljuk pass through Easthven on their way to both northern and eastern villages.

History

Easthaven was one of the first communities to be built when The Famine of Kalte  struck.  It was settled by relief workers and convicts from Sommerlund  and Durenor  and most of these people stayed to develop Kalte .
