War of the Gods

The War of the Gods was a societal conflict amongst the First Ones of Metis throughout the Metian Peninsula.

Conflict

The conflict emerged when an unknown change took place in the previously utopian society of Metis. For the first time, the First Ones fought, raped, slew, and tortured their fellow sentient creatures, fighting for divine power. Credit for the genesis of the conflict has been claimed by both Asmodeus and Glasya, who each claim they introduced the Original Sin to the Metian populace after infiltrating it, gradually corrupting its divinity and perminantly connecting its populace to the influence of the Nine Hells. This later led to the War of the Nine Hells.
