Teuhtlalli (Te-oo-tla-lee) is a country in Tlalli.
"Teuhtlalli is home to many ranchers and is the highest meat producer of Tlalli, despite having no form of centralized government. Many previous criminals and people looking to claim a little spot of land as their own set out here in order to live within their means. The only place that could be reasonably called a city in this dusty, cactus ridden area is the great Altepetl, Ah-teh-peh-tl, City of Sin, where coin is king and the current owner of the greatest casino in the land, one Nomog Blueblood, a cunning and ruthless Hobgoblin man who has the most coin, and thus the most power, in the country. He is usually referred to by his other epitaph, The Water Baron, as many people within the country depend on his water suppliers for survival in a landlocked country bereft of many natural sources of fresh water. Here, there is no law besides what folk make of it themselves, attracting many a vagabond and thief.
