Hekate
The Greco-Roman goddess of magic. She is typically considered a tripple goddess, either in and of herself, or with Artemis and Selene.
She is the creator-deity of Hell Hounds, and is connected through Roman syncretism with Nemetons and the Matronae.
Although not their creator, she is considered a patroness of Banshees, due to their cthonic connections.
