Silent Whispers

Structure

Not even the members themself know what exactly is the structure. Every whisperer has someone above him and someone below him. Those who are below you answer your questions and those who are above you asked you their questions. Your money are delivered every week by someone new who you will never see again and you have never saw him before. You don't know name of a single member and no member knows your name.

Public Agenda

Silent Whisperers are very well known for their complete absence of morality. They don't care and distinguish good and evil. They simply answer questions when the right amount is payed. Whenever someone wants to speak with member of Whisperers and ask them their questions, all what needs to be done is mention this in front of the high court of theirs. There is almost no chance that the court hasn't been infiltrated and there isnt at least one Whisperer. And if the king or noble decides to execute whisperer ? No one cares, he did poor job if he was discovered.

History

There is known that Whisperers were founded by king Aldur I, the Great as network of spies to keep his kingdom going and free of corruption and rebels. However, after his death his sons were not able to keep the fear in hearths of Whisperes so they went wild. No one was their king anymore, only the highest bidder. During the ages of prosperity, they also created their own army of mercenaries. They hire only the finest - retired adventurers who are paid enourmous amounts for doing anything is told to them.
