The Dagda
The dagda was a deity during The Age of Coalescence , given power on Feb 7th, 725 to rule over Arborea. He was chosen not by a vote but by winning a grand tournament composed of many events. His following was still small, but many former followers of Corellon Larethian have made the transition, and he had hired Penguin to aid him in finding new followers. The exact terms of this deal are still a closely guarded secret, however.
He resembled a high elven male with an unbelievably large physique. Under normal circumstances he stood just above eight feet tall, but he sometimes uses magic to reach the height of several stories. Originally a druid, The Dagda became a father figure to his followers. He held court in a castle much like a king, however he still dressed in the traditional druidic garb and takes a familiar tone with his subjects. He wielded a large magic staff that slew with one side and healed with the other. He also maintained a large cauldron outside his castle, from which any are free to take their fill. His cauldron never empties, but he sometimes made demands of those he feels are too greedy or have untapped potential.
He was also exceptionally knowledgeable, capable of excelling in a wide variety of fields due to his vast and diverse expertise. As such, he held dominion over a stunning array of natural phenomena, including but not limited to fertility, agriculture (especially domestic crops and fungi), manliness, magic, and druidry. This diverse skill set allowed him to ingratiate himself with the other gods, as he could carry much of the burdens foisted upon them when so many of their fellows died as a result of Ragnarok.
He was married to another new deity, The Morrigan, given power on the same day. He left The multiverse along with The Morrigan and Vecna when Gehenna was expelled.
