Safa

Safa is Favus' school of philosophy. Founded in 2300 A.A. as an actual school, Safa was created by the Cypress Council as a symposium to expand students minds. It was meant to be a school that forced students to look forward towards new ideas, but also ensured that they wouldn't accept the old ones blindly.

Demographics

Most students of Safa are elves native to Favus, though students of all kinds are welcome. Wealth means nothing at Safa as when enrolled, students must live on campus and can only bring a limited amount of objects with them. The rest is supplied by the school.

Government

Currently run by Mandrake Delphine and Mandrake Julian, Safa is under the Cypress Council and falls under the Favus rule.

Industry & Trade

Safa students work on campus as well as learning there, and Safa has exchange programs to other countries in order to expand their scholarly scope. Safa students often do not work while studying as much as students at other Favian schools, as their time is more often spent debating. However, Safa has contests on philosophy and debate that have monetary prizes.

The Cypress Council created Safa themselves, in order to ensure that their schools and students would never stagnate.
