Valerius Arcos
Charismatic, patient, and ambitious, Lord Valerius Arcos is the current ruler of Scalmoore. As the former Guildmaster of the Merchants Guild, Arcos has been embroiled in the politics and goings-on of Scalmoore and Ravenport for decades.
Very little is known of Lord Arcos' life prior to his arrival in Ravenport. We do know he is a widower, his late wife, Marionette passed away mysteriously after their arrival to Scalmoore. Arcos has three daughters, Anastasia, Beatrice, and Catherine
In addition to Arcos' other achievements, he is also recognized for his help in establishing the Seekers Guild, a guild that works in tandem with the Watchers Guild to bring high profile criminals and vigilantes to justice.
He is also very close to Zeph Avari. Arcos was close with his parents due to their time together in the Merchants Guild
