The Telegram Sent to Dr. Musgrove from Jackson Elias arrived on this date requesting a meeting on the 15th in New York City York City regarding important information about the Carlyle Expedition.
Jackson Elias called Floyd Musgrove the morning of the 15th to request a meeting in room 410 of the Hotel Chelsea. Jackson did not answer his door at the appointed time and was discovered murdered inside with the culprits still on scene.
