Belde (BELL DAY)

Castle Belde is the home of the Elowean king and the site from which he rules. Originally just the castle of the Elowean king, it was under the rule of Urmain III that the Cerulean Tower was built on a hill some miles distant from the citadel. This tower quickly became the center of magical learning for the surrounding human kingdoms. The city has since grown to absorb both structures in its sprawl and is among the most highly populated settlements in the kingdom.
