The Full Barrel Tavern
The "Full Barrel" tavern is a rustic and welcoming place, where customers can find refreshment after a long day of work or travel. Located in an alley near the Shan military zone, the tavern is frequented by soldiers, mercenaries, adventurers and travelers of all kinds. The management of the tavern is entrusted to a former soldier with a mysterious history, highlighted by the blindfold that covers one of his eyes.
The rooms of the tavern are furnished in a simple but comfortable way. On the ground floor is the main room, where customers can sit at solid wooden tables and order food and drinks from the counter. Old weapons and shields hang on the walls, evidence of the owner's military past. A large wood stove heats the room on the coldest days, creating a welcoming and familiar atmosphere.
Upstairs there are some rooms for guests who wish to spend the night at the inn. The rooms are simple but clean, with comfortable beds and basic furnishings. A dark corridor leads to the rooms, while paintings of rural landscapes and maps of the region hang on the walls.
The "Full Barrel" is also known for its sturdy and silent orc servants, who keep order among the more rowdy patrons. Despite their brutal appearance, orcs are well respected in the inn and often offer sage advice or tell stories of past battles.
Tavern folklore tells of a treasure hidden along the Hetlon River, which would have attracted many fortune seekers over the years. The owner is said to have been part of a treasure-hunting expedition, but no one knows if he ever found what he was looking for. The legend continues to stimulate the curiosity of adventurers, who often gather at the "Full Barrel" to discuss their next exploits and exchange valuable information.
