The Rat in the Hole
The "Rat on the Hole" is an inn, casino, and brothel. This establishment is the front for a group of chaotic good aligned thieves called "the Four Fingers". The Four Fingers deal in gambling, prostitution, bootlegging, and loan sharking, and their philosophy is to do nothing against their alignment. The woman named Sonia is one of the leaders of the Four Fingers, she is in charge of the gambling side of things. The brothel's madam, Roxanne, is in charge of the prostitution racket.
The "Rat on the Hole" has a central room with gambling tables, at the back of the room is the bar for serving drinks and stools for customers; on either side of the room are several private rooms where customers can drink or gamble in private. On either side of the entrance are wooden stairs that lead to the mezzanine, where prostitutes welcome customers in private rooms.
The place is dark and run-down, smelling of cheap alcohol. The gaming tables are covered with cards and chips, and the players are busy betting. The prostitutes are dressed in provocative clothes and wander among the customers, trying to attract their attention.
The atmosphere of the "Rat on the Hole" is dark and dangerous, but also exciting and adventurous. It is a place where you can find all kinds of people, from criminals to travelers, from gamblers to prostitutes.
