Living in the shadows of the guns of the Chateau has been considered the greatest blessing for the Whitewillow family. With such a protected mansion, their property grew to such a size as to encapsulate the population of a city. Those who were not granted the privilege of working within the neutral safety of the Chateau could always find some work for the Whitewillows, and this has allowed them to grow to such a size as to influence the entire Congregation through the numerous guilds and organizations that make their homes under the convenient protection of the generous Whitewillow family.
Technological Level
As the holders of the largest city in the Congregation, the Whitewillows have gained access to almost every form of technology created, although scarcely have the means to replicate the professional artisans of their rivals. For this reason, the Whitewillow artisans have become accustomed to working with and improving any technology brought to them by their family benefactors. A unique handgun might be refashioned with a new scope, or another barrel. An old rail car might be restored only to move faster while requiring less electricity to power. To the Whitewillow family, any strength of their rivals is one they could improve for themselves.
