Ghe'tani

Stocky, short, and powerful. The shortest of the Kla'tani races, but not the weakest by far. The strength of these people is only matched by their crafting expertise in both armor, weapons, and brilliant citadels of defense. In absence of this, their jovial and easy going nature is revered the world over.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Often stockier and brawny with their stout forms, the Ghe'tani seem to be just as strong as the earth and rock they are borne from.

Biological Traits

Long lives and good health throughout in most cases. Their height leaves alot to be desired however

Genetics and Reproduction

Sexual reproduction, and similar gestation to that of the Kla'tani, around a year.

Ghe'tani grow fairly slowly, reaching maturity later and slower than other of the humanoid races.

The main bulk of these people reside in the Common Lands with their Kingdom, but many are spread throughout the world for their own purposes.

Omnivores, and prevalent drinkers of ale

Naming Traditions

Similar to that of the Kla'tani with the shortening of long names with abbreviations, though some have a normal First/Surname set up.

Beauty Ideals

Males are often laughed at without the presence of a large wide beard. Females are often varied between the heavier and smaller frames, as such their beauty standards change from fairly standard beauty ideals to those of more stocky and physical prowess and natural beauty.

Male dominated, but given equal rights and voices within courts.

A stone with runes and markings is given usually as a sign of good faith

History

Borne from the land itself with the Spirits of the Earth to inhabit the Common Lands after the land itself was sundered by the Kla'tani, their existence has been filled with peril from the early years.
