MaRFa Island

Material Reclamation Facility, the "dump" where all the detritus from alien invasions and supervillain attacks is taken to be studied, recycled or disposed of safely. MaRFa Island is located out in Halcyon Bay, far enough away from the city so as to limit risk of damage due to explosion or other containment failure.
