Odd Estate and Asylum

The estate takes up an entire city block in the 'old' part of Halcyon city, on the lower west side of town. It includes a large brick asylum building (repurposed as lab/living space, mostly), tall brick fenced exterior (complete with iron spikes), and a sizeable tree-filled courtyard.
