Halcyon City Hall

Halcyon City Hall is an Art Deco monstrosity in downtown. The City Council Chambers are hardened against many forms of attack. The current Mayor, Bob Groucho, keeps his offices here. Two heroes, American Pie and ComputeNick, work directly for the Mayor and City Council and are often on the premises.
