Appearance and Character

Arthur has brown hair and a short goatee. He is taller and more broadley built than his brother Roderick. He fights with a greatsword, a longsword, or a mace. He wields the ancestral greatsword, Lightbringer. He can wield a sword, and write, with either hand. His right shoulder is slightly twisted and is a source of pain for Arthur.   Arthur is a bold and stubborn knight. He is not one to shy away from saying his opinion. He is brash and some consider him dull, but he is a skilled warrior and commander. He loves his brother and family dearly, but is quite harsh with his affections. He is very protective of his children and would do nearly anything for them.

History

Arthur was born as the second son to Lord Davos Moore. He was sent to the capital of Alumyth to be raised in the royal court and to study in both books and mettle at the Royal Academy. Elias Horpe took a special interest in training Arthur.   He earned the named Brokebones in the Tournament in Goldrock in 459, Arthur would break his shoulder in a jousting match against Moro Aluemera. He would switch his lance hand, and despite his injury, he would be the victor of the tournament. He named his wife Sarra of Goodwater his Queen of Love and Beauty. He bathed in the Godspool to heal his injury.   Arthur fought in The Three Days War. He restrained his brother when he attempted to look for his deceased wife in the aftermath of The Day of Red Grass. Roderick broke down in his brother's arms, and when the forces of Careem and Frode approached Arthur put his brother on his horse and sent him away, allowing himself to be captured by Frode the Stranger. He spent the rest of the war in chains, where he became companions with Hadwynn of Blackhold. In mock of his name, Frode had Arthur's shoulder shattered and for it to heal they poured boiling water on it.
