Anauroch

Anauroch, is a magical desert in north-eastern Terra Caelum. It holds the remnants of the once-powerful netherese empire of the Dragon Kingdom, ruled by the ancient Draco bloodline. However, since the Summer War, it has fallen to ruin. Since the Collision the ruins lie buried in sand, and in the years since, Anauroch has become a desert land that has encroached relentlessly on border nations. Dragons have found themselves at home in the deserted kingdom, almost out of irony for the Dragon Kingdom's fall. The only others to call Anauroch home are nomadic tribes of sand genasi a small Zhentarim garrison.
