Claudius Nephilius Gothiccuss (a.k.a. Claudi)

An orphan hailing from the Shadowed Vale, he met Astrid there and then joined her for protection as he was a simple squishy. 
Claudi had learned magic by himself, studying whatever arcane tomes he could steal from the arcane library in his hometown before he was chased out of his town. He studied necromancy in detail, and after joining Ace Ventura he tended to bond with people like Gemini, Nicolai and Amecular. 
Claudi helped Ace Ventura and the Alliance to destroy Eclipse. He then resided in Nicolai's manor in Bleakthorne.
When Ace Ventura went down to Old Barovia, Claudi was kidnapped by Strahd von Zarovich and while he survived initially, he died before the group finally left.
