Central City
Central city is the middle of the 3 great continental cities bordering Agratia, Kel and Enarm. The city is a matrix of overlapping control between the 3 bordering countries and the 4 secular orders based here. Each of the 12 areas of the city is lead by a captain who acts as an intermediary between the country and the order and facilitates the balance of influence of the powers.
