Team Eleven

Now, for the second round we're going to have to put some limits on all the murdering, as some people went a little wild in killing other teams in the first Gauntlet--I'm looking at you, Team Eleven, you rascals! Devotion, announcing rule changes for Round Two .

Team Eleven is one of the surviving teams in The Gauntlet of Mercy and one of the most successful so far, having taken no losses and accrued several artefacts from robbing and killing other teams in Gauntlets. Unscrupulous and brutal, the team worked together outside of the Gauntlet as an organised crime gang, and they have no problems being as cruel and as violent as necessary to maximise their chances of winning.
After having an artefact stolen by Team Ten in the second Gauntlet, Eleven declared Team Ten their enemies. One member, Solada, also gained a personal grudge against Fortune, Team Ten's bard. At the end of The Gauntlet of the Star, they obtained the artefact back, but the rivalry remained, and the team and seem eager to kill Ten in the final Gauntlet.
Voting during round three led to Team Eleven being declared 'least valuable', and one of their members, Hinoko, was poached by Team One, leaving the rest of the team to complete the final round with only three members.

Jinlo First

Race: Aasimar (low)
Caste: Ivory
Conviction: Racketeering
The nominal 'leader' of the group, Jinlo maintains a tenuous grasp on control of the team's strategy and is extremely ruthless, caring little for anything but the accrual of artefacts and the group's survival. He is confident, shameless, and he seems to genuinely enjoy opportunities for violence. Much of his authority is derived over his control over Toothy, who follows his orders blindly and acts as his muscle; he himself, however, seems a capable fighter, and he carries around a vast array of weapons.

Solada Pradith

Race: Ghostwise
Caste: Steel
Conviction: Racketeering
Hot-headed and foul-mouthed, Solada carries around crossbow and a lot of anger. She cares a lot about appearances and wears an enormous amount of stolen jewellery and luxury clothing; her favourite artefact, a magical parasol, was stolen from her by Fortune in Team Ten, who Solada now believes to be her sworn enemy.
Solada is the most outspoken critic of Jinlo's leadership in the group and often argues with him about strategy. Like Jinlo, she is ruthless and cruel, but she seems far more petty and inclined to hold grudges.

Toothy

Race: Bugbear
Caste: Stone
Conviction: Racketeering
An enormous bugbear, Toothy uses no weapon but her claws, and she has never spoken comprehensible common, which indicates she may be unable to talk. Still, she understands her teammates well enough and follows Jinlo's orders without question, even when they require attacking others. She apparently has a problem with eating random objects on impulse, which led the Team to lose an important key in the first Gauntlet.
