Feta Coffeebean was born in the town of Applewood on the island of Valorshire. Her father had once been a fisherman, however he died before she was born after he was killed by an Afanc.
Shortly after giving birth to Feta, her mother then departed Applewood in order to hunt down the Afanc that killed her husband, but then she too was killed by it.
Feta would go on to grow up and be raised in an orphanage under the care of a Gnome woman named Cantal. Her experience living as an orphan would harden her resolve and give her a colder cynical view of the world around her.
She would find small comfort in the bond she has with her childhood friend Brie Tealeaf, a girl whom she adores and admires and tries so hard to emulate. The two complement each other incredibly well, where Brie is naive but charming and outgoing, Feta is distant and introverted, yet worldweary and cautious.
The two dream of one day leaving Applewood behind to venture out into the wider world. When the two would come of age at thirty years old, they would venture out to travel all across Vilia.
Their adventures would take them across the continent of Vandora and into The Mastorian Empire. Here the two would pass through the city of Yaszaw and here would begin to worry that their funds are beginning to run dry.
The two would agree to accept a contract on the mountain of Morka Mulkwast, clearing a dangerous den of Wyvern, and together they would begin the journey south to the city of Arkeluw.
Upon arriving in the city, the two would take a carriage and climb up the mountain slopes to the Mulkwast Manor estate.
