Many marines stationed on the low orbit fuel platforms have reported seeing massive shadows moving beneath the cyclonic cloud layers, but due to the crushing pressure deep within the gas clouds, no expeditions have been dispatched to confirm or deny the validity of said sightings.

Stephano is characterized by a relatively hot atmosphere rich with helium, neon, and argon, making it an invaluable helium fuel and plasma fuel resource.

History

Stephano began to be exploited early on in the history of the Sycoran civilization and has been an unerring fuel source throughout the years.

Tourism at Stephano is non-existent, but many Sycoran Martial Council marines consider it a rite of passage to be stationed on one of the many fuel platforms or depots there due to the sheer boredom of the post.
