- Awakening: Thetos can awaken anyone from slumber, no matter how deep.

- Dreamlessness: Thetos cannot dream. The depth and quality of his sleep doesn't matter; he is unable to have either dreams or nightmares. Therefore, he is fascinated by the idea of dreams and the stories Sophia has to tell about them, whether they're her own dreams or the dreams of another individual.
- Dream Negation/Suppression: Thetos can suppress or negate an individual's ability to dream.

- Oneiric Slaying: By killing someone in a dream, Thetos can cause brain death in an individual, leaving them in a vegative state. This effect is irreversible. Thetos has never used this ability, and refuses to out of principle.
- Oneiric Teleportation: Thetos can teleport anywhere within a dream, or teleport into someone else's dream.

- Healing Coma: Thetos can place others into a healing coma if they need emergency treatment or suffer a mortal injury. This slows most of their body processes to almost a complete stop, but speeds up their healing ability to an unfathomable degree.

- Omni-Sleep Inducement: Thetos has the ability to put anyone or anything to sleep, including people, plants, and even machinery or robots. This extends to creatures who do not normally need sleep.

- Godly Condition: Minor or not, Thetos is still a god. As such, he is afforded the same natural boosts as all of the gods:
- Divine Form: Like all of the gods, Thetos can gather all of his essence in one place, and shift into his true form. This form is unknown by anyone other than the gods, as well as immortal races such as angels and devils; upon seeing it, an individual would disintegrate into nothing but ash.
- Godly Detection/Perception: Thetos can sense both life force and magic, regardless of cloaking, illusion, or any other means that would render the user invisible or untraceable. The only individual he and the other gods cannot detect is Eris.
- Godly Magic: The only one more powerful than Thetos in terms of magical power and ability is Eris.
- Godly Reflexes: Thetos's reflexes are impossible to outpace. Only Eris is faster.
- Godly Regeneration: Thetos's natural regeneration of injuries and wounds is much faster than that of any race, allowing him to heal even near-mortal wounds within seconds.
- Godly Senses: Thetos's senses are among the best in the universe. This includes better sight, better sense of hearing, taste, smell, and touch.
- Godly Speed: Thetos's speed is impossible to match. Only Eris is faster than him.
- Godly Stamina: Thetos's stamina is nearly unlimited. Only Eris can outlast him.
- Godly Strength: There is nearly no upper limit to the feats of strength Thetos can perform. Only Eris is stronger.
- Ichor Properties: Rather than blood, Thetos posesses ichor, a golden fluid and the blood of the gods.
- Immortality: While Thetos can be wounded, he can never truly die, and will resurrect even if his body is utterly destroyed.
- Multipresence: Thetos has the ability to be in multiple places at once, doing many different tasks at the same time.
- Omnilingualism: As a god, Thetos can inherently speak and comprehend all languages, even code languages.
- Teleportation, Type VI: Thetos can teleport almost anywhere, covering lightyear distances on a cosmic scale. He can take mass up to the size of a skyscraper with him when teleporting.

Thetos was created by Eris at the beginning of reality. Thetos always enjoyed Eris's presence, but after Eris rescued Sophia from Silas's bullying, his loyalty and admiration to Eris only grew. Eris enjoys hanging out with Thetos, even if the other gods "don't get" him, especially since Thetos is always accompanied by Sophia and vice versa.
History
Felicia and Thetos were created together by Eris at the beginning of reality. Felicia is markedly put off by Thetos's lack of facial features, and it flies in the face of everything she values about appearance. Thetos sees Felicia as shallow, and despite their mutual protectiveness of Sophia, they often disagree about exactly how she should be protected (which usually ends with Sophia acting as mediator).

Thetos and Erebos are siblings, and were created together by Eris at the beginning of reality. Thetos and Erebos get along well, as Thetos is always willing to listen to Erebos's woes and comfort him, even when the other gods don't. He understands the feeling of being an outsider, and does what he can to make Erebos comfortable whenever he shows up.

Shannon and Thetos were created together by Eris at the beginning of reality. Although Thetos and Shannon like each other, Thetos often ends up unintentionally intimidating Shannon, much to his dismay. Shannon finds it hard to tell what Thetos is thinking or what his mood is like, since he lacks facial features, and so has to guess from his tone of voice and body language what his current mood is. Both wish there was a better way to get across their intentions.

Arcturus and Thetos were created by Eris at the beginning of reality. Thetos and Arcturus get along well, primarily because of their shared love of Sophia. While Arcturus sometimes chides Thetos for going along with Sophia's flights of fancy, as he calls them, he knows that Thetos will do his best to keep Sophia safe, and so, often gruffly expresses his appreciation for that.

Electra and Thetos were created by Eris at the beginning of reality. Electra and Thetos have a shared love of Sophia, and their bond grew stronger when Electra found out about Sophia's abuse. Now, they share the duty of protecting and guiding Sophia whenever possible.

Luckily, Eris eventually put a stop to this.
