- Divine Form: Like all of the gods, Helene can gather all of her essence in one place, and shift into her true form. This form is unknown by anyone other than the gods, as well as immortal races such as angels and devils; upon seeing it, an individual would disintegrate into nothing but ash.
- Godly Detection/Perception: Helene can sense both life force and magic, regardless of cloaking, illusion, or any other means that would render the user invisible or untraceable. The only individual she and the other gods cannot detect is Eris.
- Godly Magic: The only one more powerful than Helene in terms of magical power and ability is Eris.
- Godly Reflexes: Helene's reflexes are impossible to outpace. Only Eris is faster.
- Godly Regeneration: Helene's natural regeneration of injuries and wounds is much faster than that of any race, allowing her to heal even near-mortal wounds within seconds.
- Godly Senses: Helene's senses are among the best in the universe. This includes better sight, better sense of hearing, taste, smell, and touch.
- Godly Speed: Helene's speed is impossible to match. Only Eris is faster than her.
- Godly Stamina: Helene's stamina is nearly unlimited. Only Eris can outlast her.
- Godly Strength: There is nearly no upper limit to the feats of strength Helene can perform. Only Eris is stronger.
- Ichor Properties: Rather than blood, Helene posesses ichor, a golden fluid and the blood of the gods.
- Immortality: While Helene can be wounded, she can never truly die, and will resurrect even if her body is utterly destroyed.
- Multipresence: Helene has the ability to be in multiple places at once, doing many different tasks at the same time.
- Omnilingualism: As a goddess, Helene can inherently speak and comprehend all languages, even code languages.
- Teleportation, Type VI: Helene can teleport almost anywhere, covering lightyear distances on a cosmic scale. She can take mass up to the size of a skyscraper with her when teleporting.
- Shapeshifting: One of Helene's primary abilities, and she uses it frequently, mostly relating to age. Depending on her mood, she may become a child or an older woman. She can also turn into various animals, but her primary form is a nine-tailed red fox.
- Tactile Empathy: Merely by touching someone, Helene has the ability to experience, in full detail, what that individual is feeling.
- Truth/Lie Detection: Helene has the innate ability to immediately tell whether someone is lying or not.

Still, Helene wishes Lilith would work to improve herself, and on very rare occasions, Lilith goes to Helene for advice.

Felicia and Helene were created together by Eris at the beginning of reality. Felicia and Helene both deal in emotions, and perhaps this is why they get along so well. Having said that, Helene is aware of Felicia's fickle temper, and has to remind her to compose herself whenever Felicia starts getting irritated or angry. Both of them hate conflict, and sometimes play a "good cop, bad cop" routine when trying to defuse a situation, their personalities offsetting each other nicely.
